STORY OF PASSION
MiE
“The future is part of us all.
That's why it's important we only eat what nature is
able to offer us”.
A culinary astronaut with an eye for the art of taste and design.
Hey, I'm MiE.

For me, healthy eating is not a trend, but a lifelong passion. From an early age, I grew up surrounded by home-grown vegetables, jars of fermented treats and the smell of freshly baked bread.
This rich nutritional base and passion inspired me to establish Foodstation Mie Goffin.
With my experience as a foodie, food stylist and nutrition coach, supplemented with my background as a Herbalist and studies in Food Design and Food Lab, I am a food designer, food printer and tastemaker: the astronaut of future food.
Future Food is now much more than a trend; it is a transformative shift in our relationship with food, where past, present and future come together.
Join me in discovering a new world of culinary possibilities.
